UPDATE [17]

Hey! Nobody expected this, but here's a fresh update from me.
And the biggest news is:

• The site is now also available in Ukrainian!

  You can choose the language at the top of each page by clicking on the flag. This was a big chunk of work, and most of the previous text already on the site was translated into Ukrainian via machine translation. But the reasons behind the decision to add Ukrainian to the site are that it's my native language, and a significant part of the projects and art I work on have it as the original language.
  Also, I've recently been working on translating games into Ukrainian (purely fan translation). So I decided that, in order to potentially showcase highlights of my translation work, it would be nice to be able to post here in both languages - Ukrainian and English.

• New page - Site Map!

  Technically - nothing special. But here's a fun fact about me - I LOVE nodes and node systems. If software has a node system - that's a big plus for me when choosing it, so here you go - a site map in the form of nodes! 

• Two new essays were added to the "Essays / Stories" page.

  These are about my analysis of the game Slay The Princess, which I've recently fallen in love with. They will have an unusual format in places, like text essays, because I actually wrote them as transcripts for video essays I created. But still - the full text of the essays, as well as embedded YouTube videos I created based on them - are available at https://lulilaj.neocities.org/essay

Hey! In today's website update, I added the page for COOLEST STUFF EVER, no joking, heh. Well, it means that I created a page with my absolute favourite media collected, and wrote a small review for each, so you may check it out if you're okay with some media recommendations from me. 

For now I collected my favorite games there, but it will also include animtions, movies and other stuff a bit later.

I did several updates throughout the website today - most of which are regarding improved typography, readability, layout fixes and stuff like that. 

You are now able to open my Music Player in a separate window via a button

I love my music, which probably doesn't come as a surprise, but I was often annoyed when I started listening to it, and it stops abruptly when I switch pages here. So I decided to add an easy way to have the player hang in a separate window, hehe. 

The newly added GameDev Page got a bit of a revamp

That means I used the navigation system closer to that which I used on the Homebrew and Writing pages - instead of cluttering all the projects on a singular page, you can switch between entries from the table at the top of the page. Also, look at the Espresso Machine I did: 

Music Player Update

Come around to make a music player more intuitive to use. It now has a dedicated column for a track list, and the player itself is more responsive.

Also while doing it added a new track - Byii by Leya

Since my playlist here contains mostly of obscure Ukrainian tracks, I think my next step will be adding the English version of lyrics inside the player too

I’m back to updating this site regularly after a short break. The pause was mostly because I moved to Poland, and I also spent a lot of time launching my other project - an experimental, interactive webcomic/gamified experience. You can check it out here: twosidednoose.neocities.org.

Now I’m back and adding new content. Fox example - my indie‑game‑dev stuff, since I’ve discovered a genuine passion for making games and learned Godot in the meantime. Stay awesome!

I wanted to share a small side project I’ve been working on - it’s sort of a continuation of my old animation Instagram project, where I used to post short looping bird animation clips from involved people to help raise funds for bird rescue and rehabilitation

This new version lives on the web - somewhere between a screensaver, an art-toy, and a "webring" for animators. Every bird in the swarm is an individual animator, flying together in a murmuration - that’s when hundreds of birds move in complex, flowing patterns across the sky, you knooow, Google it, it's beautiful

Right now, the project is in a sort of early alpha state, but it has some core elements already: You can watch them form 600+ shapes, or hunt for collectables that appear on the ground below sometimes, hehe

BTW you probably want to launch it on desktop, it's pretty resource-demanding...

Sooo... FEW THINGS.

Behold! The higly anticipated (by me, lol) Video archive of Best and Obscure old Ukrainian TV commercials PAGE was created and now awaliable here!

This is my Archive project aimd for preserving Ukrainian TV ads from the early years of Ukraine's independence - from 90s to 2010. Back then - censorship and rules of television was not fully established yet, wich caused many ands to be highly creative or crazy - Absolute Cinema.

Now it has three videos, but I am constantly working on adding more - that includes research and translation to pick the best ones. Hope you'll enjoy!

Sooo... FEW THINGS.

1. You can now play the FROG GAME directly on the main page!

2. "Jornal" with short snippets of my life was replaced with my Status.Cafe Account - I used Jornal for short form notes Anyway.

3. In other hand - I added Essayes and Stories page - for a *long* forms of written content.

4. And yeah, I finished my move to Poland, so can work on website again xd. Added some internet stamps on my main page too.

[2] The gallery finally got reorganized - now it almost looks like I knew what I was doing from the start.

[What is Next?] I have quite a lot of *real life* stuff to do, but my next goal is 'Anumation Gallery', soooo, it's coming soon! ^-^
